20. The council of arbitration shall, as soon as possible, hear the parties, receive their evidence or record any failure on their part. For those purposes, it shall follow such procedure as it considers appropriate. Unless otherwise provided, Chapter III of Title II of Book VII of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may apply to the arbitration held under this Regulation.
